What does unlimited with throttle actually mean?

Mango never cuts your data. If you hit the daily fair-use threshold for your speed tier — for example, 5 GB on Cruise — your speed drops to 1 Mbps for the rest of that day. Maps, WhatsApp, and most browsing still work. Full speed resets at midnight UTC. The threshold is listed next to the price.

How do refunds work?

If the eSIM has not been activated, we offer a full refund within 14 days. Activated eSIMs are non-refundable. If activation fails within 24 hours of purchase, message WhatsApp and we sort a full refund. Do not promise amounts beyond that — billing always goes to a person.

Billing, pause, and cancel

Most plans are monthly subscriptions billed via Stripe. Pause anytime from your account — billing stops until you resume. Cancel anytime, no fees. Receipts go to the email on the account.

What are support hours?

WhatsApp, SMS, email, and chat are staffed 20 hours a day across EU, Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Typical reply is under 5 minutes. The gap is 02:00–06:00 CET. Simple questions are answered immediately. A person steps in for billing, refunds, or anything that is not a simple question.

How is my data handled?

Mango does not inspect your traffic. We collect what is needed to provision and bill: email, payment details, and aggregate usage (bytes transferred, not content). We do not sell data. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
