After purchase you receive a QR code by email. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On Android: Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM → Scan QR. Takes under 30 seconds. If it fails, rescan on Wi‑Fi. Do not delete the eSIM and retry blindly — message support first.
