Does my phone support eSIM?

Most phones made after 2019 support eSIM: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and most current Android flagships. The device also needs to be unlocked from your home carrier. On iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for Digital SIM / eSIM. On Android: Settings → Network → SIMs.

How do I activate my eSIM?

After purchase you receive a QR code by email. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On Android: Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM → Scan QR. Takes under 30 seconds. If it fails, rescan on Wi‑Fi. Do not delete the eSIM and retry blindly — message support first.

Can I keep my regular phone number active?

Yes. Dual-SIM devices let you keep your home SIM active for calls and SMS while using Mango for data. WhatsApp, Signal, and other data apps work on the Mango eSIM.

Can I use Mango on multiple devices?

Each eSIM is tied to one device. Share a hotspot from the Mango device, or buy a separate plan per device.
