Most phones made after 2019 support eSIM: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and most current Android flagships. The device also needs to be unlocked from your home carrier. On iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for Digital SIM / eSIM. On Android: Settings → Network → SIMs.
